The newly refurbished theatre will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland to welcome you and your guests for an unforgettable evening of food, dance and partying! Fun and laughter are just the ticket for the New Year, when favourite Tamworth Pantomime Company will perform Snow White, from January 7 – January 16, 2022, for a magical family adventure.
Snow White is accompanied by the hilarious Nurse Nelly, hapless Muddles, the Evil Queen and of course, seven dwarves, for fun, singing, slapstick and romance.
The show stars Tamworth’s Dame Alex Farrell, local performer Olivia Shepherd, funny man Sam Beech and the baddie you love to hate, Terry Batham, plus a whole host of well-known faces.
In February, Su Pollard will embark on her first ever An Evening with Su Pollard national tour and Tamworth is on the tour schedule for Friday February 4, 2022.
Come and join Su for this one night only event, where she will talk about her exceptional career, which is sure to be filled with laughter and a few tears.
On Saturday, February 5, step back to the sounds of the Twisted Wheel, Blackpool Mecca, Golden Torch and Wigan Casino, when the Music of Northern Soul - Stefan Taylor & The Signatures, with special guest, original Northern Soul artist Lorraine Silver, come together to give a full set of passion and energy guaranteeing to get the audience “Out on the floor”.
From February 11, we welcome a series of top tribute and original artists to the stage to perform toe tapping evenings of great iconic music.
MJ The Legacy is a world class tribute to Michael Jackson, starring CJ and his incredible band and dancers. This show is an exceptionally authentic, world class tribute to Michael Jackson; the look, the voice, the moves and all the hits are packed into this one night performance.
Coldplace are a Coldplay tribute band whose quality and experience on the tribute scene are second to none. Join them as they take to the stage on February 12.
Herman’s Hermits, one of the biggest selling bands of the 60s, not just in the UK, but around the world are returning to Tamworth on February 18 to celebrate their solo 55th anniversary tour.
Rolling back to the 60s Herman’s Hermits will perform an evening of nostalgia, song and laughter, plus bringing all the hits to life.
Keeping The Faith is a superb tribute to a collection of Billy Joel’s greatest hits, including Just The Way You Are, Uptown Girl, Tell Her About It, River Of Dreams, We Didn’t Start The Fire, My Life, She’s Always A Woman, and the ever popular, Piano Man; coming to Tamworth on February 19.
Next up on February 26, Barry Steele will entertain audiences with his uncanny ability to recreate the vocal talents of the legendary Roy Orbison. He has winning rave reviews across the globe as his vocal talents are quite simply ‘True Identikit Brilliance.’
March offers another packed month of entertainment kicking off with Scummy Mommies. Join them for an evening of comedy, songs, filth and laughs. An hilarious evening that grown-ups won’t want to miss.
Children and adults prepare to be amazed as Top Secret - the magic of science arrives on March 13. Hang on to your seats as the Assembly Rooms is transformed into a real life science laboratory.
