Adult Education Wolverhampton is hosting a Family Learning Summer School, offering a range of free short courses for parents and school children.
They take place next week and on selected days in August and include arts and crafts, yoga and first aid.
The full programme includes Arts and Crafts on Tuesday (20 July) from 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm, Sewing and Crafts on Wednesday (21 July) from 10am-noon, Henna Painting on Wednesday (21 July) from 1pm-3pm and Family Fun Yoga on Thursday (22 July) from 1pm-3pm.
Meanwhile, a Mini Medics course will help build first aid skills for parents and children aged between six and 12. These take place on Tuesday 10 August from 1pm-4pm, Monday 16 August from 9.30am-12.30pm, Tuesday 17 August from 1pm-4pm and Monday 23 August from 1pm-4pm.

All sessions will take place at Adult Education Wolverhampton's site on Old Hall Street in the city centre.
Councillor Dr Michael Hardacre, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, said: "These family learning sessions will be informal, engaging and fun and give parents and carers the opportunity to learn something new with their children while at the same time improving their own skills to support their child’s ongoing learning."
