COUNCIL HELP AT LOCAL CUSTOMER ACCESS POINTS

City of Wolverhampton Council are helping residents access council services by bringing customer access points into local communities.

Next week sees the launch of two customer access points providing regular face to face sessions for residents who like to talk to us in person but may not be able to travel to the Civic Centre.

There will be support on hand across a wide range of services at the customer access points including support with council tax, blue badges, digital and school admissions.

These will be located at the Bob Jones Community Hub on the second Thursday of each month and at The Hub Ashmore Park on the third Thursday of every month, with more locations on the way.

These new community access points firmly demonstrate the council’s commitment to making council services more accessible in local communities for residents. With a wide range of services available at the customer access points, it is hoped that this will enable many to take care of what they need to without having to travel too far.

There will be customer access point sessions at the Bob Jones Community Hub on Thursday 10 August and at The Hub Ashmore park on Thursday 17 August, both sessions are between 9am to 2pm.
